Laurence is an expert in customer experience design and management, and a specialist in service design. In 2012, she founded X+M, a studio that helps service companies, government agencies and local authorities innovate through customer experience (CX) and human-centered service design. Laurence also leads customer journey mapping workshops and experience design sprints. She is accredited Master Trainer and Coach in Service Design by the Service Design Network, whose French chapter she co-founded.
